45811 Flying Officer (Wireless Operator) Francis Albert William Coles of 12 Squadron, the RAF. Son of Albert and Ella Coles. Born in Williton, Somerset, in the June Quarter of 1919. Died 22 September 1942 aged 23. Buried in St Mary's Churchyard. Awarded the DFC.

5622322 Gunner William Henry Parker of 117 Battery, No. 30 Light AckAck Regiment of the Royal Artillery. Son of William and Evelyn  Parker of Molland. Born in Bishop's Nympton in the march Quarter of 1922. Died 16 September 1940 aged 18. Buried in St Mary's Churchyard.

273327 Lieutenant Humphrey Bertram Sayer of 147 Field Regiment (the Essex Yeomanry) , the Royal Artillery. Son of Alfred and Madeline Sayer. Born in St Leonards on Sea, Sussex in  1889. Died 10 June 1944 aged 53. Awarded the DSO and MC.

3009704 Aircraftman 2nd Class Leslie William Warren of the RAF VR. Son of William and Annie Warren of Bishop's Nympton. Born in Bishop's Nympton in 1926. Died 21 February 1945 aged 19.
