Commander Charles Peter Wilson of the RNR, HMS Verona. Husband of Isabel Wilson. Born in Sunderland 4 November 1868. Died 24 February 1917 when his ship was struck by a mine.

Captain Cecil Scott James Griffin of the 1st Battalion, the Gordon Highlanders, attached to the Royal Flying Corps. Son of Lieut.-Col. C. P. G. Griffin and his wife Annie, of Bradworthy; husband of the late Sybil Griffin. Born in Bradworthy in 1895. Died 11 October 1917 aged 22. Buried in Bradworthy Churchyard.

Lieut. Edward Kittow Venning Ashton of the 29th (Decan and Horse) Regiment, the Indian Army. Son of Mr and Mrs R. L. Ashton of Bradworthy. Born in Bradworthy in 1897. Died 4 December 1918 aged 22.
