241132  Private William George Field of the 1st/5th Battalion, the Devonshire Regiment. Son of Mary Ann Field; grandson of George Field. Born in Broadhempston in the June Quarter of 1894. Died 28 July 1918 aged 24.

35284 Private John William Grant of the 16th Battalion , the Royal Warwickshire Regiment. Son of George and Mary Grant. Born in Stoke Canon, Devon in the December Quarter of 1898, and lived in Broadhempston. Died 23 August 1918 aged 20.
L.PALK
240740 Private Leonard Palk of the 1st/5th Battalion, the Gloucestershire Regiment. Son of Richard and Elizabeth Palk. Born in Broadhempston in 1887, lived in Gloucester. Died 23 July 1916 aged 29.
