154208 Chief Petty Officer Arthur Shimmield of HM Coastguard at Culver Cliff. Son of William Harrison and Eliza Shimmield. Born in Maplehurst Sussex 4 October 1874. Died of heart failure 2 October 1918. Buried in Sandown churchyard.

2942 Trooper Ernest John Baker of the 6th Australian Light Horse. Son of Edward and Elizabeth Baker; brother of Edward (see below);  husband of Gladys Baker of New South Wales. Born in Sherford in 1893. Died 29 March 1918 aged 25.
