WALTER LEAMAN	21695 Private Walter Hamlyn Leaman of the 8th Battalion, the Devonshire Regiment. Son of John and Rosamund Leaman of Dean Prior, Devon; brother of Archibald (above). Born in Lydford in 1877. Died 2 December 1916 aged 39.
WILLIAM JOHN RICE	298810 Petty Officer Stoker William John Rice of the Royal Navy. HMS Recruit. Son of John and Amelia Rice of Dean Prior, Devon. Born in Ashburton 12 May 1883. Died 9 August 1917 aged 34.
