PLY15247 Corporal Albert Whiddon of the Royal Marine Light Infantry, HMS Defence. Son of Albert and Susan Whiddon of 2 Vallart Place, Plymouth (his father also served in the RMLI). Born in Plymouth in 1892. Died 31 May 1916 aged 24. His father also served in the RMLI.
