M/66162  Cook's Mate Francis James Kidwell of the Royal Navy, HMS Monmouth. Son of Charles and Elizabeth Kidwell. Born in Goodleigh 20 April 1892. Died 1 November 1914 aged 23.
A.H.C.MacGREGOR
Major Alexander Henry MacGregor  of the 2nd Battalion, the Royal Irish Fusiliers. Son of Maria Jane and the late Donald MacGregor.  Born in Douglas, Isle of Man in 1873.  Died 14 March 1915 aged 42.
J.W.LEWIS
2nd Lieutenant John Walter Lewis of "A" Coy, the 3rd Battalion, the Devonshire Regiment, attached to the 8ith Battalion. Son of the Rev. Walter Lewis (Rector of Goodleighh) and his wife, Annie of Goodleigh Rectory; brother of Arthur (see below). Born in Ford, Plymouth in 1896. Died 15 July 1916 aged 20.

Captain Arthur Milton Lewis of the Indian Army Reserve of Officers. Son of the Rev. Walter Lewis (Rector of Goodleigh) and his wife, Annie of Goodleigh Rectory.  attached to the 1st Battalion, the 52nd Sikhs; brother of John (see above) . Born in Ford, Plymouth in 1895. Died 8 August 1919 aged 24.

37549 Private Arthur Raymond Shapland of the 14th Battalion, the Royal Welsh Fusiliers. Son of Mark and Dorcas Shapland; husband of Ethel Shapland. Born in Goodleigh in 1896. Died 20 September 1917 aged 21.
F.DAVIE
100345 Private Frederick Joseph Davie of the 7th Depot Coy, the Machine Gun Corps. Son of Willam and Emma Davie. Born in Goodleigh in 1899. Died of pneumonia 7 May 1918 aged 19.
F.PARKHOUSE
40531 Private Frederick Parkhouse of the 2nd/4th Battalion, the Hampshire Regiment. Son of the late Samuel Parkhouse and the late Mrs Parkhouse of Swimbridge; husband of Mary Jane Parkhouse. Born in Goodleigh 17 August 1885. Died 13 September 1918 aged 33.
R.TUCKER
78058 Private Reginald Tucker of the 9th Battalion, the Devonshire Regiment. Son of John and Sarah Ann Tucker. Born in South Molton in 1898. Died 19 December 1918 aged 20.
