Extracted from the Parish Register:
¹ "Mr Osmond was found dead of a fit in the Woods Marsh after a day and night search on 23 January 1912."
² A war casualty - see the War Memorial listing. He is buried in Rewe Churchyard.
³ "Mr. Draper lived with his housekeeper Mrs. Day in the last house in the parish unusually named "Cockles". She was a native of British Guiana. They died within 30 hours of one another and were found side by side." |
